Amanzi Connexions is a South African-based design studio that creates lighting and functional art objects rooted in African craft and future-forward aesthetics. All products are handmade or small-batch produced.

2. Products

Our lamps are handmade and may contain slight variations in color, material, or finish. These are not defects but part of the uniqueness of each piece.

Product descriptions and images aim to be as accurate as possible, but we do not guarantee exact color or texture matching due to screen differences.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in South African rand (ZAR). Cards issued outside South Africa are charged in rand and converted by your card provider.

We reserve the right to update pricing at any time.

Payments are securely processed by PayFast. Your financial details are never stored on our servers.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on item availability and production timelines.

We ship within South Africa and to select international destinations. We confirm your delivery date and courier by email after you order.

Tracking information will be provided where available.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the handcrafted nature of our items, all sales are final unless the item is received damaged.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging.

Approved refunds or replacements will be processed within 7 business days.

6. Custom Orders

Custom or made-to-order pieces are non-refundable once production begins.

Lead times and pricing will be communicated before payment is processed.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, text, designs, and logos — is the property of Amanzi Connexions and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Privacy

Your information is used solely for order fulfillment and communication. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

Our store may use cookies for basic analytics and cart functionality.

9. Liability

Amanzi Connexions is not liable for any damage resulting from improper use or installation of our lighting products.

Ensure all products are installed and used in accordance with the instructions and specifications provided.
